Coffee here does not need any introduction. This a newly opened mall that is yet to become fully functional. The Starbucks here is comparatively small with limited seating. I love their carrot and walnut cake, but I chose croissants this time. It had a bit of crispiness and extra flakiness with a generous amount of filling.
I will like say thank you so much kalba mall it was wonderful visit and I have enjoyed the good food good coffee ☕ service was so excellent and friendly staff name Ujwal ,roshan, visual I really appreciated their work excellent thank you Starbucks mall this is the best place to enjoy I'm highly recommended to all the beautiful people all around the world
The customer service was excellent, and the overall experience was fantastic. I enjoyed a cup of coffee while taking in the pleasant ambiance. The seating is comfortable, and the area is spacious. The location is also easily accessible.
I came here to get a food but they way I feel the staff treated was unbelievable we were two to order food so I wait for the other person to finish and after a man came this staff say he had to save him before me first I was surprise why did this staff in Ibu Batuta mall have to act like this to me and later the other customer said it ok let her fist go first as a lady and after this staff start to make fun of me please I am kindly asking tell your staff to treat everyone the same please and also please check the camera from 8:58 to 9:04 locations Ib Batuta Mall thank you
